About the Role
Execute and refine multi-channel outreach campaigns that generate qualified sales meetings for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Research and build targeted prospect lists using intent data, firmographic filters, and ideal customer profile criteria
- Write and personalize outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn
- Manage sending infrastructure and monitor deliverability health across campaign accounts
- Track campaign performance daily and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing
- Qualify inbound replies, handle objections, and schedule meetings for client sales teams
- Document learnings and contribute to team playbooks and best practices
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold outreach
- Strong written communication — you can write concise, compelling copy that gets replies
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn about AI-powered marketing technology
- Bonus: experience with multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn + phone)
