About the Role
Build and maintain the technical backbone of our SEO operations — from large-scale auditing systems to custom crawling and indexation tools.
What You'll Do
- Conduct deep technical SEO audits across client sites, identifying crawl issues, rendering problems, and indexation gaps
- Develop internal tools and automations to streamline SEO workflows (audit pipelines, rank trackers, log analyzers)
- Implement schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals optimizations
- Debug and resolve complex JavaScript rendering issues affecting search visibility
- Collaborate with client dev teams to ship SEO improvements without breaking production
- Monitor and respond to Google algorithm updates with data-backed impact assessments
Requirements
- 4+ years of web development experience with a strong SEO focus
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering concepts
- Experience with Next.js, React, or modern frontend frameworks
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, and crawling tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb)
- Scripting ability in Python or Node.js for automation and data processing
- Understanding of CDNs, edge computing, and web performance optimization
- Bonus: experience with log file analysis, Google APIs, or building custom SEO tools
