What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end client relationship from onboarding through ongoing engagement and renewal
- Conduct regular strategy reviews, QBRs, and performance check-ins with client stakeholders
- Translate complex SEO and outreach data into clear, business-focused narratives
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on client goals and market shifts
- Coordinate internal teams (SEO, outreach, engineering) to ensure timely delivery on client commitments
- Proactively surface risks and develop mitigation plans before issues escalate
Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles at a B2B agency or SaaS company
- Strong understanding of digital marketing — ideally SEO, paid media, or email outreach
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage 10–15+ accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar)
- Problem-solving mindset — you anticipate issues and own the resolution
- Bonus: experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting dashboards
