About the Role
Own and optimize our AI-powered cold email outreach engine, turning personalized sequences into qualified meetings for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Design, launch, and iterate on cold email campaigns using AI personalization at scale
- Manage email infrastructure — domains, warmup, sending schedules, and deliverability monitoring
- Monitor inbox placement, open rates, reply rates, and meeting-booked metrics across all campaigns
- A/B test subject lines, body copy, CTAs, and sending patterns to maximize conversion
- Coordinate with the sales development team on lead qualification and meeting handoff
- Build playbooks and SOPs for campaign operations to support team scaling
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cold email outreach, email marketing, or demand generation
- Expert-level understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warmup, domain reputation)
- Hands-on experience with outreach platforms like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo
- Data-driven mindset — you live in dashboards and optimize relentlessly
- Strong copywriting skills with a knack for concise, high-converting messaging
- Experience managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously
- Bonus: experience with Clay, PhantomBuster, or other enrichment/automation tools
